Alaskan Bow

Alaskan Bow

A bow found in Point Barrow, a point on the northern coast of Alaska. Harsh conditions at this location meant that artistry was less practical and so this bow’s only additional features are a rope made handle that is meant to increase the draw strength of the bow as well as assist in gripping. This is a symbol of the survivalist setting this piece was found in.
